Q- How far are you from the city centre?
We are three blocks from the top of the main street, Emerson St.
Q- Do you have a spa pool?
No. We have units with double spa baths. Also the Ocean Spa heated
pools complex is just along Marine Parade and includes outdoor
and indoor spas. We do have an outdoor salt plunge pool.
Q- Are there any restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants within
easy walking distance.
Q- What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
At Edgewater Motor Lodge late cancellations have a significant impact.
- No charge is incurred if 48 hours notice is given for a reservation
cancelled for a non-peak period. If less than 48 hours notice is
given, or for no-shows, one night's tariff may be incurred.
- No charge is incurred if 4 weeks notice is given for a reservation
cancelled for a peak period. If less than 4 weeks notice is given,
or for no-shows, one night's tariff may be incurred. For reservations
made within 4 weeks of a peak period, cancellation may result
in one night's tariff being charged.
Q- What time can we check in?
Check in is usually from 1 p.m. but we do try to accommodate
guests who are arriving earlier than that, bearing in
mind that check out
time is 10 a.m. and we do have to allow time to clean the
room before the next guests arrive.
